What longs to find expression through you in 2024?

Join me in-person and spend some time allowing your intuitive self to show you what is emerging this year.

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually using pictures and glue. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.

Unlike Vision boards, the focus is on creating a card and identity that embodies the archetypes, images and energies that long to find expression through you. The process can be surprising and revelatory.

SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

What you will need:

- Prior to the session, page through a few magazines and intuitively pick images that jump out at you. Switch off your brain and let your hands do the work. Make sure that you have a nice pile of pictures, so that you can pick and choose as we go along. The more pictures you have, the more possibilities there are.

- Cut a piece of cardboard to size: usually 20cm by 20cm. It should look almost like you are creating something similar to a tarot card.

- Glue

- Scissors

- Some quiet time to reflect on your life

All of these are essential in order for you to participate.
